I am a PhD student working on the evolution of the isotopic composition of the Earth’s mantle in heavy noble gases (Kr and Xe), from the present day back to the Archean. My research aims to reconstruct the evolution of mantle composition resulting from the recycling of volatile elements through subduction, and to place temporal constraints on this process. These new data will also help to better constrain the source of volatile elements on Earth. My PhD is supervised by Bruno Scaillet and Sandrine Péron and is carried out within the framework of Sandrine Péron’s ERC project, Kryptonis.
