The section R.4451-58 of the labor code (as of June 4, 2018) enjoin the training of workers apt to intervene in regulated area in order to advise them about the risks link to the exposure to the ionizing radiations (in particular for pregnant woman), the rules and the organization of the radiation protection in France as well as the processes in radiation protection in the laboratory.
Training kits consists of a fasciscle and a PPT presentation containing all of the needed informations to understand the modalities of radiation protection at ISTO. The two first chapters are about the common core and concerns every persons who work under ionizing radiations.
Two options are then proposed :
- An Ar/Ar option for Ar/Ar laboratory. Specific aspects are presented in the chapter 3.
- An RX option for persons working with X-rays generators (MEB/X-Trace, NITON, INEL Poudres, Thermo X’Tra, Nanotom). This part is presented in the chapter 4.
Each worker has to validate his understanding by taking an exam corresponding to his works (Location or instruments). QCM are in french and in english
